These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FRRE.AI platform operated by OSFORYOU Labs PSA ("FRRE.AI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using FRRE.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use FRRE.AI, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@frre.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
FRRE.AI offers a 7-day trial with full platform access. No credit card is required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription agreed upon with our team. We will never charge you without explicit consent.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your Client Data. We claim no ownership of documents, case materials, or content you upload or create.
Our Platform: FRRE.AI, including its Brain technology, Truth Pipeline, source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of OSFORYOU Labs PSA. All rights reserved.
Institutional Knowledge: Verified facts and patterns learned by the Brain from your interactions remain available to your Organization. They are not shared with other organizations without your explicit consent.
FRRE.AI is a tool, not a lawyer. While we verify every answer through our 7-stage Truth Pipeline, AI-generated content is provided as professional assistance, not as legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and making final decisions based on your professional judgment.
We strive for accuracy through evidence-gating, but no AI system is infallible. Every response includes a confidence score and source citations to help you assess reliability.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:
For organizations requiring a formal agreement, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
FRRE Sign provides electronic signature functionality compliant with applicable regulations including eIDAS (EU), ESIGN Act (US), and equivalent frameworks. Signatures created through FRRE Sign are recorded with blockchain-anchored audit trails.
You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are legally valid in your jurisdiction and for the specific document type.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. For enterprise clients, specific SLAs are available as part of your subscription agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of severe abuse. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Gdansk, Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of your local law.
We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
